Famous for its winemaking expertise. La Baume is the pillar of this round and fruity Merlot. A careful selection is the key to the success of this exceptional 100% Merlot.
Colour: Beautiful ruby red robe with garnet reflections.
Nose: Very expressive, with aromas of blackcurrant and spices.
Palate: Beautifully round, the fruity aromas explode in the mouth.
Serving suggestion: Ideal with lamb with thyme, roasted red meat, or mature cheese.
Soil type: Clay-limestone
