Der Winzer
Produziert wird der Wein von Emmanuel, Oé-Winzer in Sorgues, der Biodiversität gezielt zugunsten seiner Reben einsetzt. Die Assemblage besteht aus den typischen südfranzösischen weißen Rebsorten Roussanne und Grenache Blanc.
Vinifikation
Traditionelle Vinifikation mit Direktpressung, 24 bis 48 Stunden Klärung im Tank bei niedriger Temperatur, gefolgt von der alkoholischen Gärung.
Verkostungsnotiz
Frisch und ausgewogen am Gaumen, mit angenehmer Vielseitigkeit. Ideal zu frischem Ziegenkäse oder gerösteten Gemüsen aus dem Ofen.

Frischer Ziegenkäse, geröstetes Ofengemüse, Risotto mit Artischocken.
Nachhaltigkeitskonzept
Bio-zertifiziert seit 2010, vegan (Eve-Vegan-zertifiziert), zero Pestizide – auf 425 Moleküle vom Labor Capinov geprüft. Naturkorken aus FSC-Wald, Etikett aus 100% Recyclingpapier, Mehrwegflasche ohne Kapsel.
