DESCRIPTION
The 2017 Domaine Maldant Pauvelot Classique Pinot Noir impresses with aromas of ripe fruit and spices, embodying all the qualities of a fine Pinot Noir.
WINEMAKING
Traditional vinification in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks. Cold maceration under carbon dioxide to protect the aromas and colors. Matured for several months in oak barrels.
TASTING NOTES
On the palate, the 2017 Domaine Maldant Pauvelot Classique Pinot Noir is fruity and supple, dominated by black cherries and raspberries. Hints of fine spice notes and perfectly balanced wood aromas, thanks to the use of barriques during the wine's aging, complete the experience.
Well-structured with elegant, velvety tannins, it offers a beautiful length with a fresh finish.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Serve at 13-18 °C with roasted poultry or river fish.
