This spicy-dry Pinot Noir red wine from Ihringen on Kaiserstuhl/Baden is the ideal companion for relaxed moments on the balcony, but is also suitable for special occasions such as birthdays and Christmas. With its pleasant dry spice, this dry German red wine particularly appeals to lovers of hearty and robust wines.

The Pinot Noir grape presents itself richly and full-bodied on the palate here, delighting with a hearty aroma of blackcurrant and wild berries with a hint of vanilla. The red wine is best enjoyed slightly chilled at 15 - 17 degrees. A clean, medium-length finish completes the experience. The radiant ruby red color and the full impression the wine makes in the glass also complement the experience visually.

The fertile cultivation area in the Upper Rhine Plain boasts excellent conditions for viticulture. Protected from harsh east winds on both sides by the Black Forest massif and the Vosges, a climate that is almost Mediterranean prevails here.
The volcanic rock in the soil, covered with a loess-loam layer, does the rest to provide an optimal home for the grapes grown here.
