The 2022 Châteauneuf-du-Pape white wine L'intimiste is a blend of Grenache Blanc and Bourboulenc and embodies its terroir with conviction!
It is a true Mediterranean white wine with notes of fennel and anise, captured by the beautiful blond wood of the aging process.
The fine and elegant structure relieves it of any heaviness, and one is immediately captivated by this balanced, classic, and fresh profile, which has been perfectly executed.
A wine to enjoy from today and over the next ten years.
Color: Bright, luminous gold.
Scent: Very Châteauneuf at heart, with notes of fennel, anise, and a hint of blond wood.
Taste: On the palate, fine and flavorful with sparkling fruit, this cuvée offers an elegant, palatable juice with beautiful freshness.
Grape varieties: Blend of Grenache Blanc and Bourboulenc
Production: Grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed, and pressed. Vinification in stainless steel tanks and barrels at low temperature. Aged for 6 months, 70% in stainless steel tanks and 30% in demi-muids.
Serving suggestion: With shrimp risotto, fish and seafood blanquette, poultry supreme with chanterelle cream sauce. Serve between 10 and 12°C.
