It is the non-vintage wines – so no millésimes – that shape the reputation of a Champagne house. The House of Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin has therefore dedicated itself to its founder's motto "quality before quantity" in the creation of its Champagne, to guarantee excellent quality. True to this guiding principle, a balanced Champagne dominated by Pinot Noir, typical for Veuve Clicquot, is created, complemented by the elegance of Chardonnay and rounded off by Pinot Meunier.

Taste:
Tiny bubbles permeate the brilliant, golden-yellow Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label in the glass. On the nose, peach and raisin aromas reflect the diversity of the grape varieties, while the maturation process brings out notes of vanilla and toasted brioche. The fresh, powerful Yellow Label is well-structured, with stable acidity and a slight minerality. (Didier Mariotti)

Production:
This signature Champagne from Veuve Clicquot gets its structure from the dominant presence of Pinot Noir (50–55%), its roundness from Meunier (15–20%), and its elegance from Chardonnay (28–33%). The grapes come from 50 to 60 Crus sites, and the assemblage contains 25–40% reserve wines, which are up to nine years old.

Enjoy chilled at 8-10°C. The freshness of this Veuve Clicquot Brut is excellent as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to seafood and fish, as well as strong cheeses.
