Der Gin
Ein London Dry Gin mit elf lokal bezogenen Botanicals: Wacholder, Bitterorange, Süßorange, Zitrone, Limette, Grapefruit, Bergamotte, Zitronatzitrone, Szechuan-Pfeffer, Ingwer und Zitronenthymian. Destilliert im traditionellen Kupferbrennkessel-Verfahren, angereichert um Zitrus-, Orangen- und Grapefruitschalen.
Verkostungsnotiz
Intensive Zitrusnoten, unterlegt von wacholdertypischer Kräuterwürze. Am Gaumen ausgewogen zwischen Zitrusfrische und Gewürzwärme, mit klarem, anhaltendem Abgang.
