A limited-edition specialty from the Tignanello vineyard, reviving the scent and aromas of Chianti grapes in a refined and aromatic distillate.

Aroma and Taste:
Grappa Tignanello is clear and transparent. The nose opens with floral aromas of lily of the valley, white and pink blossoms. On the palate, it is dry with exceptional freshness and a silky, warm, and caressing character, slightly spicy, herbaceous, and subtle with a long-lasting finish.

Production:
Grappa Tignanello is obtained from the distillation of pomace from Sangiovese and Cabernet grapes, harvested at the Tignanello estate in the heart of the Chianti Classico region, specifically in the Tignanello vineyard. Immediately after the young wine is drawn off the must following alcoholic fermentation and subsequent pressing, the fermented pomace is transported to the distillery. This ensures that only the best, most alcoholic, and above all, most aromatic pomace is distilled. From the individual grappa productions of the various pomace batches, only the best, finest, and most aromatic are selected, blended, and bottled. Grappa Tignanello is only available in limited quantities.
