Heidsieck Monopole Rosé Top presents itself with a pink color and slight blue reflections, radiant and clear with fine perlage. Cassis, blackberries, blueberries and pink grapefruit dominate the aroma. The first impression is rounded off by hints of mint, milk chocolate, chervil and cloves. The initial taste on the palate is fresh and uncomplicated. Afterwards, the Rosé Top tastes of berries, intensely of grapefruit and also slightly of chocolate. A lively carbonation awakens the senses, and a long, spicy finish provides lasting pleasure.

Production:
The production of a Rosé Champagne is complex and exclusive. To achieve the desired color, two techniques are possible: either a red wine can be added to the white base wine of a champagne, or the brilliant rosé color can be created from the skin of red grapes. Cellar master Hervé Ladouce creates a rosé classic from an assemblage of 25% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir and 25% Pinot Meunier that is suitable for any occasion.
