The wine comes from vines in high-altitude vineyards in the Rhône Valley, mainly on the slopes of the Ardèche, but also on the plains of the Drôme near the village of Allex.
DEVELOPMENT
After racking, a long maturation period allows the wines to develop their aromas, refine their tannins, and gain richness. The wines are already beautifully balanced, with a moderate alcohol content and great depth.
TASTING NOTES
Beautiful, pale yellow color with delicate golden reflections. The nose, typical of the Viognier grape, is very precise with notes of citrus and exotic fruits. On the palate, the wine unfolds a perfect balance between freshness and liveliness with a very beautiful, present acidity that gives the Viognier a very "northern" character.
SERVING SUGGESTION
At 12°C, ideal as an aperitif, for example with seafood appetizers.
PACKAGING
The 3-liter Bag-in-Box packaging offers many advantages:
