Champagne Taittinger Brut Réserve is the calling card of the house. As a non-vintage champagne, it is not intended to reflect a particular vintage or a specific site, but rather to be the sole expression of the consistently distinctive and refined style of a Taittinger champagne.

Taste:
A sparkling, golden straw-yellow color. Fine effervescence. Subtle and persistent foam. The very expressive and open champagne develops fruity and brioche notes on the nose. As it evolves, aromas of peach, white flowers (hawthorn, acacia) and vanilla bean can be perceived. The initial taste is lively, fresh and harmonious; delicate fruit and honey aromas then develop on the palate. Taittinger Brut Réserve develops its full aromatic potential over three to four years of cellar aging.

Production:
Taittinger Brut Réserve consists of 40% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 25% Pinot Meunier. The grapes come from over 35 different crus and several fully mature harvests. Thanks to its unusually high proportion of Chardonnay for a non-vintage champagne among great champagnes, and the particularly long cellar aging of over 3 to 4 years for this category, Taittinger Brut Réserve is a particularly well-balanced champagne whose consistently high quality is recognized worldwide. Champagne Taittinger therefore considers it a special honor to create an exceptional non-vintage Brut.

Serving suggestion:
Ideal as an accompaniment to beef carpaccio, white meat and poultry, oysters, fish and seafood, or as an elegant soloist that adds that extra touch of sparkle to special moments.
