During the several-week finishing process, the combination of the characterful beers with the variety of aromas contained in the wood of the whisky cask creates extraordinary beer specialties. "Authentic brewing since 1823": The motto of the Böblingen brewery Schönbuch is also its driving force. And because the brewing professionals not only have a knack for fine beers but, as connoisseurs, also a penchant for experimenting, their top-fermented WEIZENBOCK, just like Batch 1, offers a suitable canvas on which the rich aromas of the cask, which contained NORTH OF SCOTLAND Single Grain Whisky for 47 years, can present themselves: rum raisins, coconut, honey, and salted caramel, enveloped in cocoa powder, meet the fresh maltyness and spice of the 9.5% strong beer – what a perfect match!
