Il Rosé di Casanova from La Spinetta is a Tuscan rosato made from 50% Sangiovese and 50% Prugnolo Gentile, inspired by Provençal rosés. The wine shows a delicate salmon pink and has aromas of grapefruit, mandarin, white peach and blossom. Wonderfully fresh and delicate on the palate, with fine minerality and invigorating acidity.
