The wine is a remarkable composition, originating from the best parcels of four grape varieties grown on the estate. These are reflected in the characteristic bouquet, which combines mocha and blackcurrant reduction with chalky minerality and spicy eucalyptus. Dense and complex on the palate, it unfolds aromas of sugar plum and roasted steak, accompanied by a hint of liquorice and an enormous texture. The long finish impresses with nuances of wood smoke, plum skin, and crushed rock. Ideal with braised meats and strong cheeses.
