DESCRIPTION
The 2017 Domaine Maldant Pauvelot Classique Aloxe-Corton Pinot Noir is characterized by aromas of ripe fruit and spices. Subtle nuances of oak lend it its nobility, with all the qualities of a fine Pinot Noir.
DEVELOPMENT
Traditional vinification in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks. Cold maceration under carbon dioxide to protect the aromas and colors. Matured for several months in oak barrels.
