DESCRIPTION
2017 Domaine Maldant Pauvelot Collection Aloxe Corton Valozières 1er Cru is a wine comparable to a Chambertin.
The bouquet conveys a composition of juicy sour cherries, black cherries, and ripe blackberries. The fruit aromas are in balanced
harmony with spicy hints of caraway and pepper.
DEVELOPMENT
Traditional vinification in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks. Cold maceration under carbon dioxide to protect the aromas and colors. Matured for 16 months in oak barrels.
