2019 Château Lynch-Bages, Pauillac Grand Cru Classé was aged for 18 months in oak barrels.
The vintage contains 73% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc, and 2.5% Petit Verdot.
TASTING NOTES
A deep red color with violet reflections catches the eye, giving the wine a lively appearance. This great Bordeaux wine offers a characteristic fruity nose with black cherry, sweet blackberry, and a very light hint of licorice and mint, supported by fine woody notes. On the palate, the wine is smooth and well-balanced with a beautiful dense and powerful tannic structure that brings precision and fruit.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Serve at 16-18 °C with game dishes, beef goulash, red meat, and strong cheeses.
