Château Clerc Milon red wine is a Pauillac from the 2019 vintage, made from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot. Cabernet Sauvignon held a prominent place at 72%. The star grape variety lends complexity, structure, and power while guaranteeing fruit and freshness with an intense range of aromas.

Taste:
The 2019 Château Clerc Milon has a garnet red color with violet reflections. Intense bouquet with floral notes, followed by notes of black fruits and licorice. Elegant on the palate with supportive, velvety, and very fine tannins. In the aromatic finish, notes of ripe fruit blend harmoniously with notes of roasted grain and floral notes of violet.

Production:
Château Clerc Milon 2019 was produced with the utmost respect for the fruit and the terroir. For winemaking, the grapes are hand-picked and carefully sorted. Fermentation takes place over 21-28 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in barrels and ages for 14-16 months in small French oak barrels before bottling.

Serving suggestion:
Ideal with grilled meat, game, lamb, poultry, and spicy cheese.
