It is inherently a long-lived wine and needs between eight and ten years to fully develop its potential and combine power and harmony.

Nose:
Splendid bouquet with aromas of fresh sour cherries and blueberries. On the second approach, captivating violets and nougat pralines.
Taste:
Fruity notes, among which blackcurrant blossoms with age. The wines have integrity, their tannin structure is powerful yet silky.
Production:
Château Grand-Puy Lacoste 2019 was produced with the utmost respect for the fruit and the terroir. For vinification, the grapes are hand-picked and carefully sorted. Fermentation takes place over 21-28 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in barrel and ages for 14-16 months in small French oak barrels before bottling.
