The 2019 La Gaffelière has a wonderful bouquet of mineral black and red fruits and sous-bois, with a little tobacco and pencil lead emerging over time. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, fleshy and ripe.

Serving suggestion:
Ideal with lamb, poultry, grilled meats, game, and spicy cheese.
