The Terroir: The plots are located in the communes of Courthézon and Sérignan du Comtat. Sandy and clay soil. The average age of the vines is 40 years.
Grape Varieties: 80% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 5% Carignan
Winemaking: After a manual harvest, the grapes are sorted before being placed in temperature-controlled tanks for a 15 to 20-day maceration process.
Production: Approx. 13,000 bottles per year.
Serving Suggestion: With grilled fish or cheese.
