ASSEMBLAGE AND ORIGIN
Grape varieties: 70% Grenache, 30% Syrah
Terroir: Grenache and Syrah fully express themselves in this sublime sandy terroir of Pignan and Cassanets. Benefiting from a slight inclination to the east, we can wait for optimal ripeness.

PRODUCT DETAILS
Vinification: Hand-harvested and sorted, the grapes are collected directly in the vat. The harvest is completely destemmed and crushed. Vinification in concrete tanks lasts 20 to 24 days, with alternating pump-overs and rack and returns to promote the finesse of the tannins.
Aging: 4 to 6 months in 5,000L casks
Production: 4,000 bottles
