Tasting note
A lovely, brilliant garnet. On the nose, concentrated aromas of small red fruits, rose and roasted almonds. Well structured on the palate without seeming heavy, with velvety, finely textured tannins.
The winemakers
The wine is made by Valérie and Alexi in the prestigious commune of Saint-Émilion itself. Their guiding principle – "Life is precious, it must be preserved" – leads directly to their organic certification. They actively nurture the existing ecosystem and biodiversity, soil health and the survival of animal and plant species, using treatments based on natural raw materials.
At the table
Braised rabbit, roast duck, veal Marengo or rack of lamb.
