Production
The grapes – a cuvée of Grenache and Syrah – are harvested particularly swiftly at optimum ripeness and at the coolest time of day to preserve the aromas. The wine comes from the Mediterranean south of France (Méditerranée), a region known for powerful, sun-ripened red wines.
