Farm by farm, field by field, terroir by terroir: the Single Farm Origin Rums from the distillery, which is largely run by locals, reflect the taste of Grenada. The volcanic island is extremely fertile. Its soils offer ideal conditions for growing sugarcane. Sugarcane has been cultivated in Grenada for centuries. A wide variety of strains has developed in the diverse terroirs.
Renegade's innovative facility allows for the strictly separate processing of individual harvests. A sophisticated digital data system makes each of them fully traceable. Anyone who owns a bottle of Renegade Rum can trace the contents back to their origin via a "Cane Code" on the label – experiencing an extraordinary degree of transparency for the rum industry.
