Snow and rain, thunderstorms and sunny days with 28° C: This spring is full of contrasts. The same is said about Ben Nevis whiskies. So it's wonderful that the Highland distillery provided the distillate for our new Seasons bottling. Ben Nevis 2013/2021 - Spring Edition 2021 matured in the warehouse of our long-standing partner Signatory Vintage, where it celebrated its aromatic finale in Sherry Butt No. 10. This is what gives the single malt its bold color – as natural as the vibrant colors of spring.

With its fruit-driven yet spicy aromas, the Ben Nevis 2013/2021 fits perfectly into the season. Lively notes of dark berries and cherries put the nose and palate in a spring-like mood and create an anticipation for the coming summer months. The spice of herbs and tobacco as well as pepper and leather provides a counterpoint and creates a pleasant tension. The enjoyable experience for the changeable transitional period unfolds at an increased drinking strength of 50.2% vol. – completely unadulterated thanks to the absence of chill-filtration. Thus, the Single Cask Seasons flowed into a total of 820 bottles designed in spring green.
