Barons de Rothschild Champagne Rosé Extra Brut

Rosé is considered a high art of champagne making, and here a dazzling masterpiece is delivered. True to the noble Rothschild style, the Rosé delights with its alluring color and delicate aroma of red fruits. It is made from 85% Chardonnay, to which 15% red wine from Champagne is added, before the wine ages for at least 3 years in the bottle. The result: an irresistible alternative to a "white" champagne, perfectly suited to the renaissance of high-quality rosés.

After the base wine is cuvéed, the second fermentation begins - Méthode Champenoise. This champagne matures on its lees for around 36 months before being disgorged. After disgorgement, this sparkling wine remains in the Champagne Barons de Rothschild cellar for another 3 months before leaving the winery.

Color: This exclusive champagne presents itself wonderfully fresh in a delicate light pink with bright salmon-colored highlights and persistent effervescence.
Nose: The aroma culminates in delicate hints of red cherries, strawberries, and fresh raspberries, underpinned by subtle notes of brioche and fresh hazelnuts. Intensely fruity with fine toasted aromas.
Taste: A creamy Rosé Champagne whose aroma is reminiscent of raspberries, currants, rhubarb, and fresh croissants. It tastes fresh and young, its perlage is captivatingly fine and long-lasting.
