Hunter Laing & Co. Ltd. is a third-generation family business focusing on bottling the finest Scottish single malts.
Stewart H. Laing is now supported by his sons Scott and Andrew. As single cask bottlers with great ambition, they only select casks of the highest quality. Company founder Stewart H. Laing acquired his incomparable knowledge during his 50 years of experience in the whisky industry.
He received his training at the Islay distillery Bruichladdich, followed by work as a blender and as a bottler of the finest single malt Scotch whiskies. Finally, he joined his father Frederick and successfully expanded the "Old & Rare" and "Old Malt Cask" series.
Some of the casks now in storage were acquired by Frederick Laing throughout Scotland. Some from distilleries that, unfortunately, no longer exist today. It is thanks to Frederick Laing's foresight that we have the pleasure of tasting these exceptional malts.
