Tasting Notes:
Nose: Dark orange chocolate, under-sugared peach jam and crushed lemon verbena. Rounded off by nutty, mature cheddar.
Palate: Smoked paprika and cumin spice married with tart sweetness: apple candies and slightly burnt upside-down pear cake. More spice with crispy ginger nut biscuits and a drop of star anise oil.
Finish: Weathered leather, raw cocoa nibs and the tingle of allspice, balanced by Danish butter cookies.

The distillery is approached via a small, single-track road between gentle hills and Bunnahabhain Bay. We have been using the natural ingredients of our surroundings since 1881.
