Nose: Oatmeal, shortcrust pastry, vanilla ice cream, light grapes, very subtle white currants, slightly caramelized pear

Palate: strong, spicy, oatmeal, white pepper, creamy sweetness, light grapes, baked pear, becoming drier towards the finish, shortbread

Finish: medium length, sweet, spicy, baked pear

Conclusion: very unusual for a Pinot Noir cask
