Pommery Apanage Blanc de Blancs presents itself in brilliant pale yellow with a strong and persistent perlage. Production:
Only Grand Cru vineyards are used for the Brut Apanage. This wine requires a particularly long maturation period in the chalk cellars of Reims to reach perfect completion.
