Short description: Daily semi-dry red wine made from dried grapes for an additional richness of taste and nose. Characteristics: Red wine of intense ruby-red color. The bouquet reveals elegant, light notes of herbs and tobacco. Drinks very pleasantly. The taste is rich in ripe cherries and aronia, with notes of sun-dried berries and marzipan with a chocolate coating on the finish.
Technical details:
Made from a selection of grapes, strictly hand-picked with careful quality control. The harvest lasts from the beginning of September until the first week of October. The collected grapes are carefully placed in net boxes and dried for 14 days with fresh air from outside, ventilated with high-altitude air from the mountains. 90% of the grapes are pressed in October. As a result, each bottle contains 1.2 kg of fresh grapes. Winemaking: Maceration and fermentation take place in stainless steel tanks Fermentino Ca'Botta® according to a patented process. Maceration lasts 7 days at a temperature below 8 ° C, fermentation 7 days at a temperature below 20 ° C. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 2 months in American oak barriques.
