Caves d’Esclans Whispering Angel 2024 is a classic dry rosé wine from Côtes de Provence in France. It is made from the best grapes of the region and aged in stainless steel tanks. The 2024 vintage, already praised for its compelling aromas and exceptional balance, is a fresh, dry wine with a silky texture and refreshing acidity.
Taste:
Caves d’Esclans Whispering Angel 2024 presents itself in the glass with a pale salmon pink color. Clear notes of cantaloupe melon mingle with citrus notes and stony minerality. On the palate, a silky texture with a dry finish and exceptional balance.
Production:
The fruit for this blend of various grapes, primarily consisting of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Vermentino, is carefully harvested from the best plots in La Motte, Provence. The grapes are destemmed and gently crushed at low temperatures to prevent oxidation. Vinification in stainless steel tanks helps preserve the wine's fruitiness, while bâtonnage – the stirring of the lees – gives the wine its character.
Serving Suggestion:
Enjoy chilled at 7-10°C. The freshness of this Caves d’Esclans Whispering Angel 2024 is ideal as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to fish, antipasti, and light dishes.
