Château La Mission Haut-Brion Blanc remains an icon in the world of exceptional white wines. The most striking proof that Bordeaux also understands how to produce excellent white wines!

Taste:
Beautiful pale yellow color. The ripe Sauvignon shows its fruity notes of citrus, vine peach, and apricot. Hints of fresh mint add complexity to the bouquet. The entry on the palate is oily, creamy, flawless. The evolution is powerful and subtle at the same time, with great taste and complexity of aromas. The finish is juicy, tightened by a beautiful refreshing acidity.

Production:
Fermentation and maceration took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures for 12 to 15 days. After malolactic fermentation, the best wines were selected for the Haut-Brion blend and aged for twenty to twenty-four months in new oak barrels. The aging contributes to the development of the wine, gently oxygenating and refining it.

Serving suggestion:
Ideal with grilled meat, poultry, and vegetarian dishes.
