Dry white wine with a green, pineapple leaf color. The bouquet reveals elegant notes of pears and peaches with crisp citrus notes. The overall balanced characteristics are complemented by a very high minerality from the limestone soils. The taste is characterized by notes of fresh apples, apple pie, and lime marmalade. _x000B_Made from a selection of grapes strictly hand-harvested under careful quality control. The grapes are harvested in September. 80% of the grapes are pressed in November. As a result, each bottle contains 1.5 kg of fresh grapes. Pressing takes place after separating the grapes from the stems. The grapes are gently pressed without damaging the seeds. Winemaking: Maceration and fermentation take place in stainless steel tanks.
