2015 Chateau Cos d'Estournel - France

The red wine from Cos d'Estournel is a Saint Estephe, consisting of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc from the 2015 vintage. This Château Cos d'Estournel has definitely found its incomparable style, with black fruit at its center, always a hint of red berries and very refined floral components.

Taste:
The 2015 Château Cos d'Estournel has a deep garnet red color. Enormous spice with nutmeg, cloves and dried flowers. On the palate, it is very complex and full of fruit. Fine concentration, which gives the very long finish a multifaceted lift.

Production:
Château Cos d'Estournel 2015 was produced with the utmost respect for the fruit and the terroir. For winemaking, the grapes are hand-picked and carefully sorted. Fermentation takes place over 21-28 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in barrels and matures for 20 months in French oak barrels before bottling.
