Palate: well-structured with softly rounded tannins and a delicate berry spice on the finish

Serving suggestion: the "Humeur" Rouge tastes delicious with grilled or roasted meats, spicy stews, and aged cheese

Grape varieties: 60% Grenache 40% Syrah

Terroir: Grenache is planted in the "Garrigues" area, a terroir of red clay and red pebbles. The Syrah is planted on sandy soil, which maintains a beautiful freshness and promotes the finesse of the tannins.
