Made from a selection of the best grapes, strictly hand-picked and under careful quality control.
The 2018 Château Canon La Gaffelière, Saint Emilion is aged in oak barrels.
The vintage contains 55% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon
TASTING NOTES
Intense aromas of blackcurrant, blueberry and rose petals mingle with the sweet spices of wood and the minerality of the terroir.
Remarkable structure, always elegant and spicy, with a very long finish.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Serve at 16-18 °C with game dishes, beef goulash, red meat and strong cheeses.
