The 2018 Château Sénéjac is deep garnet-purple in color with a nose of warm berries, earth, herbs, and tobacco, as well as floral hints. Production:
Château Sénéjac 2018 was produced with the utmost respect for the fruit and the terroir. For winemaking, the grapes are hand-picked and carefully sorted. Fermentation takes place over 25-28 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in barrels and matures for up to 15 months in about 30 percent new oak.
