Special red wine, made from dried grapes and fermented in the patented Fermentino Ca'Botta® tank, for a particularly powerful body.

Characteristics:
Intense ruby red color. The olfactory note shows pleasant aromas of cherries, garnet with elegant, light notes of herbs and tobacco. The taste is graceful and refined, complex in body with notes of thyme, black chokeberry, blackberries and cherries.

Technical Details:
Made from a selection of the best grapes, strictly hand-picked and under careful quality control. The harvest lasts from early September to the first week of October. The collected grapes are carefully placed in net boxes and dried with fresh air from outside, ventilated with high-altitude air from the mountains. 80% of the grapes are pressed in November. Consequently, each bottle contains 3.2 kg of fresh grapes. Vinification: Maceration and fermentation take place in Fermentino Ca'Botta® stainless steel tanks using a patented process. The duration of maceration is 7 days at a temperature below 10°C, fermentation 10 days at a temperature below 20°C. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 6 months in American oak barriques.
