Taste:
The Siran 2019 has a classic, reassuringly precise and concentrated bouquet with plenty of minerality and tension. The oak is seamlessly integrated. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with juicy black fruits, fine precision and balance, with a little oak still perceptible, but this will dissipate with time. This Margaux is wonderfully focused and has greater endurance than its competitors; it's firing on all cylinders.
Serving Suggestion:
Ideal with game, meat, grilled lamb, poultry and spicy cheese.
