Termes is the vibrant expression of Toro, a symbol of its youthful spirit. It stands out from earlier Toro wines due to its power, freshness, and liveliness. Powerful yet balanced, lively yet complex, it is perfect for drinking young.

Blend and Origin:
Termes is the youngest wine from Bodega. It is made from 100% Tinta de Toro grapes, sourced from 30 to 50-year-old vines planted at an altitude of 700 meters. The tiny plots are located divided between the towns of Valdefinjas and Toro, on the slopes of the Duero River. The harvest is carried out by hand when the grapes have reached optimal ripeness, and a rigorous selection takes place in the vineyard.

Color:
Cherry red with ruby reflections. Clean and brilliant.

Aroma:
Good intensity with hints of black fruits, spicy notes, and scrubland, which add expression and complexity.

Taste:
Lively entry, with medium structure and good balance. Hints of small black fruits, sweet spices like cinnamon, a fresh touch of thyme and eucalyptus, as well as a background of toffee and cocoa, which adds complexity. The fresh and soft tannins, as well as the acidity, make this wine long and expressive, fresh and elegant.

Serving Temperature:
16-19° - The wine should be opened at least 2 hours before consumption.

Termes is a wine of high quality of life to share. It pairs perfectly with dishes such as a Spanish ham plancha or beef carpaccio.
