The fruity, full-bodied vine presents itself round and smooth on the palate and delights with a floral note and nuances of light fruits. The Chardonnay is best enjoyed lightly chilled at 8-12 degrees. A voluminous body completes the experience. The golden yellow color and the reflections that the wine shows in the glass also complement the experience visually.

Wine Note:

The fertile growing region in the Upper Rhine Plain offers excellent conditions for viticulture. Protected on both sides by the Black Forest massif and the Vosges from harsh easterly winds, an almost Mediterranean climate prevails here.
The volcanic rock in the soil, covered with a loess-loam layer, does its part to offer the grapes grown here an optimal home.
In the midst of this paradise for winegrowers lies the municipality of Ihringen on the southwest slope of the Kaiserstuhl. We are a proud part of this unique wine-growing region and are delighted to bring you closer to the tradition and culture of our area with our wines.

Serving suggestion:

Enjoy this dry and powerful wine with aromatic dishes such as game, red meat, for grilling, or as a snack wine – or simply on its own and lightly chilled.
