2020 was a very hot year, but with little impact on the aromatic profile of the wines. Their balance is excellent and they show great freshness and elegance. The wine offers very good aging potential.
Taste:
Château Beauregard 2020 is deep garnet red and delights with vibrant notes of raspberry pie, ripe blackberries and stewed plums, as well as hints of pencil shavings, dusty earth and crushed stones. The palate is medium-bodied, softly structured, and delivers openly knit black and red fruit flavors with just enough lift on the mid-palate and finish to give it a convincing vibrancy.
Production:
After manual harvesting, the grapes are selected. Fermentation and maceration took place in concrete tanks at controlled temperatures for 12 to 15 days. After malolactic fermentation, the best wines were selected for the assemblage of Château Beauregard 2020 and aged for 18-20 months in new oak barrels. The aging contributes to the development of the wine, gently enriching it with oxygen and refining it.

Ideal with grilled meat, game, lamb and strong cheese.
