Made from a selection of the best grapes, strictly hand-harvested by plot, terroir, and grape variety.
The 2020 Château Fombrauge, Saint Emilion, matures in small oak barrels.
The vintage contains 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc
TASTING NOTES
Intense aromas of blackcurrant, blueberry, and vanilla mingle with hints of chocolate and toasted hazelnuts.
Well-balanced on the palate with juicy, ripe tannins, well-dosed acidity, and a slightly spicy finish.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Serve at 16-18 °C with game dishes, beef goulash, red meat, and strong cheeses.
