This Bordeaux is subtle, elegant and complex. From the heart of the Côtes de Bourg appellation. The fruit is expressive thanks to the gravelly soils. Traditional production: The grapes are harvested at full ripeness and undergo alcoholic fermentation for 1-2 weeks.
Color: Subjected to controlled temperature. Then the wine is drained, filtered and bottled.
Nose: Delicate red fruit aromas and a hint of vanilla on the nose.
