Domaine Clavel, Syrius is an exquisite dry red wine made from a blend of Grenache (70%) and Shiraz (30%) grapes grown in a unique terroir in Southern France. After processing the berries, the experts carry out a separate vinification for each vineyard. During the maceration and fermentation phase, the wines are regularly drawn off with mechanical destemmers. All operations are carried out under strict temperature control in steel tanks, which ensures that the wine remains fresh and harmonious.

Complex, intense, ripe, incredibly balanced combination of acidity and ripe, silky tannins. The finish is long and pleasant.
