DESCRIPTION
The 2020 Domaine Saint Saturnin de Vergy Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune Pinot Noir is characterized by fruity aromas of sour cherry and raspberry, blackcurrants, which develop into spicy liquorice aromas.

DEVELOPMENT
Traditional vinification in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks. Pre-fermentation cold maceration at approx. 8 °C.
TASTING NOTES
On the palate, the 2020 Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune Pinot Noir is lively and structured, underscored by robust tannins.
Balanced and broad, this wine offers beautiful aromatic intensity and a fresh finish.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Serve at 14-15 °C with roasted meats such as veal with curry or traditionally savory, with a Burgundy tart, soft cheese.
