Taste:
The 2021 Château Sociando Mallet has a dark purple color with violet reflections and a black core. Classic nose with wonderfully ripe yet fresh fruit reminiscent of dark berries, plums, and cherries. Subtle oak, hints of vanilla, dark chocolate and cedarwood, graphite and black pepper. On the palate, a powerful wine, tamed by fine acidity and elegant tannins, complemented by dark berries and juicy fruit, black pepper and elegant spice, a wine with convincing length.
Serving suggestion:
Ideal with grilled game, but also with other meats such as lamb, poultry and spicy cheese.
