2022 Bourgogne Chardonnay AOP - Chartron et Trébuchet
Maison Chartron et Trébuchet was founded in 1984 in Puligny-Montrachet (Côte de Beaune) and is located in the heart of Burgundy's Golden Triangle (Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet and Meursault). The Champagne house quickly specialized in the vinification, aging, and bottling of great wines. Winemaking is done using the traditional bottle fermentation method. The grapes are pressed immediately upon arrival at the winery. Temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation takes place at 18 °C in stainless steel tanks. The secondary fermentation occurs in the bottle, and aging takes place on the lees for at least 18 months.
